Ben ik weer :)

Ik heb sinds kort Windows 10 draaien op mijn pc. Nu merk ik dat de NAZA v2 niet wordt herkend als apparaat (Windows apparatenbeheer). Via de de DJI website vind ik wel een driver. Echter na installatie wordt nog steeds de FC niet herkend.

Heeft iemand hier hetzelfde probleem, lees work arround.

  • 1. Some of the users who use WINDOWS 7 operating system may not have the usbser.sys file, please download this file and put it into C: \ WINDOWS \ system32 \ drivers, and then reinstall the driver.
  • 2. Download the usbser.sys file.
Voor mij hielp dit niet. Ik heb via een youtube filmpje toegang gekregen tot de system32 map en het usbser.sys bestand hierin vervangen. Maar kan nog steeds de driver niet installeren.

Ik heb hetzelfde probleem. Onder windows 7 kon ik mijn ge-upgrade naza lite naar v2 gewoon gebruiken met de assistant maar met windows 10 kan ik geen contact meer maken. Is het jou uiteindelijk gelukt?
 
Bij mij ook dat probleem in windows 10 pro,

volgens mij ???? heb ik alle machtigingen maar het lukt niet om usbser.sys te kopieeren,

wie heeft er een oplossing voor mij.. ( ik kan natuurlijk terug naar windows 7 maar dat wil ik nu niet ).

Ik heb hier ook problemen mee gehad maar heb dit gebruikt en het werkte bij mij.

For people having issues installing the device, I think I have the answer (well it worked for me anyway)

1) First, you have to disabled the requirement for drivers to be signed, a guide can be found here for windows 8.1 and Windows 10 users:

2) Once that has been done, open device manager on your PC and expand the Serial ports section, now if you plug and wait then unplug your naza, you should see one here called USB serial device that will have a COM number of 1-15 possibly after it. This will be your Naza.

3)Right click your COM device, click 'update driver Software', then click 'Browse my computer for driver software'
4) then click 'let me pick from a list'.
5)Click 'have disk' then browse to the location the DJI driver software put the drivers (generally 'C:/Program Files (x86)/DJI Product/DJI Driver vx.xx' or similar. In this folder will be a 3 source folders, you will need to open the Source64 folder then select the .inf file and click open
6) The device driver box should now have DJI USB Virtual COM or similar in, click this then click next. This should successfully install the device driver and allow the software to now see your Naza. If at the last stage you get an error saying the driver could not be installed, you may not have completed step 1 correctly and disabled driver signing, or the driver may be corrupted. In the latter, uninstall the device drivers from the Remove Programs section of control panel, reboot, then install the driver package again from DJI.


If USB Serial Device does not show up in device manager for you or does not disappear when you unplug/plug the USB cable for the Naza THIS GUIDE WILL NOT HELP YOU
 
ik heb het zelfde probleem en bovenstaande geprobeerd maar krijg de melding "de opgegeven map bevat geen compatibel stuurprogramma voor u apparaat! iemand enig idee?? ik heb trouwens ook een mac en daar lukt het ook niet mee.

Het moet wel werken dan heb je 1 van stappen niet goed doorgelopen denk ik
 
Ik heb altijd alles aanstaan.
En het zou nog kunnen dat je een andere usb poort moet proberen, ( op het moederbord ).
En heb je de juiste usb kabel soms wil het wel is aan de usb kabel liggen.
