net zo snel? aan de vorige reakties te horen duurde het regelmatig toch wat langer...
dezelfde prijs? voor het produkt wel maar de verzendkosten zijn duidelijk lager....
Dat "er weer 1 tussen zit" maakt ons dan toch verder niets uit?

I was the one that asked for the 10/12s sticks... made a post about it earlier, but its hidden somewhere...
Here it is again:
The packs i mean would be like 10 and 12S sticks, ranging from 3000/3300 4000, 4400/4500 and 5000/5300. Those are the most common packs for Mikado logo's, the Trex 600PRO, (and other 600 sizes that are becoming much more popular on HV setups), and popular 700 size electric helicopters like the Trex 700, Synergy E6/7 Series, the New Goblin series, and even helicopters like Henseleit's.
Im sure they will be a wanted item.
A splitpack is better than a 12s yes, because that way, people dont have to buy a 10+ cell charger.. since there is already an alu plate on top of the cells, you could extend that plate to protect the whole stick and give it strength.
If you need someone to test them.... shoot me a PM.

1/8 Truggy, same size as buggies.
Also 1/8 buggies can run 6S when using low Kv motors. Take into account the weight for such a pack. It should not be much more then 600 - 700 gram. Personally I run a 1/8 buggy with 6S sometimes. Preferred weight not more then 600 gram.

Yeah i think there are some guys with certain 1/8 monster trucks or other bigger RCs that could use them also. Im sure its not the most sought after battery type, but there should be some demand..
And only a few manufacturers make them. And they are a ripoff (maxamps orion off the top of my head are the only ones pretty much)

In the US more and more buggy racers switch to Low KV motors with High voltage Lipo. 1100-1400 KV with 6S lipo is popular because of the smooth powerband and the low heat. Most people use a big 5000 mah 6S. Personally I prefer 4S because the packs are lighter. However you could go for a light 6S pack but I have no experience in how big it should be exactly to make a full race. Thatis because I don't race.
I have a 6S that is light but still gives enough power:

Voltage: 6S1P / 6S Cell / 22.2V
Discharge: 45C Constant / 90C Burst
Weight: 565g (including wire, plug & case)

Yeah it really looks that way and like u said Truggys even more probably.
Also about the weight a lot of people are trying to both have lower temps and more happy electronics aswell as save weight.
Personally i wouldnt even mind if it would weigh a little more, lets say 4000mah 6s packs around that, a nice number between 3k and 5k^^.
But if its lighter aswell that would just be a double bonus then
In the vast majority of these cases people are pretty much forced to run Softcase, simply because there really arent any reasonable hardcase 6S lipos available.
Some might continue to run softcase just because they really are all about the weight, but a lot wont mind for a few gramms extra i think.

ik ken Pamela van gensace vrij goed en heb redelijk veel contact met haar. zij zegt dat het heel ongewoon is om 6c hardcase te produceren en er heel weinig vraag naar is. ook in amerika is daar weinig vraag naar.
ik rij zelf een omgebouwde kyosho 777 sp2 met mmm 2200kv 6 cell tenergy, het is ongelofelijk rap en veel power.

Ja dat geloof ik best,.. heb jou auto ook even opgezocht en dan heb je dus wel een hele brede auto met veel gewicht aan de uiterste zijdes.. volgens mij is dat zeker niet ideaal.. verre van eerder, maar het zal zeker mooi gaan daar niet van

Nog een kleine add.. gezien er dus maar 2 merken (correct me if im wrong) die dingen maken.. is het zon beetje een gat in de markt.
Al helemaal om dat deze 2 merken toevallig 200~ euro voor die dingen vragen en liegen over hun ratings..
Maar nee het populairste type lipo zal het nooit worden
Mn bericht was tegelijk met die van jou, maar volgens mij wil je het gewicht zo laag mogelijk en zoveel mogelijk naar het midden.. waar de wagen liefst smal is. denk dat je daarmee echt veel beter rijgedrag krijgt
Maar ik weet eigenlijk niet hoe dat nou precies zit :S maar zal toch een common sense verklaring voor zijn denkik toch..
Het voordeel wat jij wel hebt is dat je de packs plat neer kunt leggen waardoor het gewicht laag zit. Maar dat voordeel verlies je wer omdat het zo aan de zijkant hangt denkik...
