40mm, 18slot statormotor: draaidelen kunnen besteld worden

Ralph Okon (a.k.a. http://www.powerditto.de ) is putting together a group order for 40mm. diameter, 18pole statorlaminations. A minimum order of 5000 laminations is needed to start a production run. Minimum order per person is 50. One 0.20mm lamination (NO20 iron quality) will cost 0.5€. Flux ring and frontplates will probably also be available by then. Keep in mind, this is not a business for Ralph, he's in the business of curing people

Sometimes one of the 'poets' is a wee bit lazy Heeft ook geen zin om in het Nederlands te vertalen aangezien het een verwijzing is naar Engelse tekst.

I think, you should better calculate with ca. 4 per mm, because of the needed insulation between the plates. in summery 40 up to 45 per cm I think.

we are looking now for curved magnets for the project.
it seems, if there are enough users who join the project,
ist could give a complete set (can, bearings, etc.) for the motor.
lenght then 5, 10 and 15mm in first attempt.

and the baby has a name now:
its our "CROCODILE"

-has many teeth too, more then the others
-seems to be leazy, but is a very powerfull animal.

(Weet iemand een beter woord voor 'draaidelen'? Letterlijke vertaling van het Duitse 'Drehteile', het ziet er niet uit maar ik weet zo gauw geen betere term voor onderdelen die op een draaibank gemaakt worden. Idem 'gedraaide delen' als letterlijke vertaling van 'turned parts'.)

Zoals op de foto's is te zien, bestaat de rotor uit één deel, niet samengesteld uit een flux ring en aandrijfplaat, net zoals de motoren van www.shp-motoren.de (Frank Schwaab)

Kwijlen over de motor kan geen kwaad, de rotor is verchroomd. De aluminium statordrager is groen geanodiseerd.
