5000Mah Lipo, mijn lader kan tot 4000 mah, kan ik toch laden?

Ik heb 2 nieuwe 5000 mah 2s Lipo accu's gekregen, maar ik kan mijn lader instellen tot max. 4000 mah, kan ik ze hiermee toch (gedeeltelijk) opladen?
 
Jawel, dat kan.

Als jij de lader instelt op 4000 mah, zal het opladen langer duren dan een uur, maar ze zullen wel volledig opgeladen worden.
Alleen laad je ze dan met minder dan 1c, dat is het enige verschil met instellen op 5000 mah.

Je accu is 5000mAh en de lader geeft maximaal 4000mA (dus zonder de h) maar dit terzijde.

Zoals student al zegt, je laadt je accu dan met de maximaal leverbare stroom van je lader, in dit geval 4A. Duurt dus iets langer maar verder heeft het geen nadelen. Als je niet "onsite" hoeft te laden maar altijd thuis doet is het al helemaal geen probleem.
