Er zijn ook geruchten dat het niet toegewezen wordt vanwege de protesten in de Oekraïne
als het er zou komen moest dat dan al niet geweten zijn? je kan toch moeilijk een ek de maand ervoren aankodigen ofzo...
We also discuss this matter in Germany. From what i've heard, the CIAM couldn't handle the proposal, because the current status of the Ukraine is not "in good standing", which is mandatory for holding a major FAI championship. The Ukraine has until the end of january, to solve this issue. And it has nothing to do with the current political situation in the country.
The final decission in this matter may come as late as april. In the past every proposal has been approved by the CIAM/FAI, no matter how late it came.
So let's hope, the Ukraine will appy some common sense and will withdraw the proposal. I think, most pilots will have made other plans for 2014.
