Thank you for taking the time to provide us with valuable feedback and again we're sorry if no courier available to ship the battery to your address. Due to the renewed shipping restrictions being implemented and added transport safety compliances, most of the couriers now a days are more stricter than the process they have before. We understand that this can be disappointing for our customers, this has been raised already to management and I believe that they are working already in looking for alternative options that we can offer, and affordable service to our customers, this may take time but we'll do our best to make it possible in the future.
