Hi Graham,
I took a closer look at the spinner and there is a problem.
In this picture you see 2 of the 4 screws protruding from the bulkhead.
I have sent you this picture before.
In that mail I also wrote:
The bolts that hold the motor to the front former stick out 2,25 mm.
I think you forgot that wen you designed the spinner?
This is one of the propellors I intend to use.
The propellor lies flat with the back of the spinner.
I can't make the spinner sit close to the front bulkhead, because the 4 screws are there!
(I intend to use one of these to attach te propellor to the axle:
The hole in the spinner and in the propellor will have to be increased to 8 mm.)
The other propellor is even a little more thicker; the propellor sticks out a little above the rear end of the spinner.
What do I do now?
I see only one solution: flatten the thick part of the back plate . . .
That will move the propellor a little forward . . .
Flatten the front of the propellor???
