HELLO Brecht, for the construction of the accessories of my models, use some of the power tools Proxxon. I have a DB lathe, milling machine, an electric jigsaw, a mini miter saw KS, two mini drills and lots of imagination ..........

To achieve lifesaver I used a technique of my own
I bought a roll of solder wire 2.25 mm in diameter
I realized using the technique of the rings of the spiral
To give the good form to the life buoy (elliptical), I slightly flattened rings with a shot of pliers.
I gave it a coat of white and then painted in red with Test Strip masking tape for body parts to leave white.
