@Francesco: As I see you have build your boat on a male mould, but do you have to fill up the outside of the skin with filler?

and how did you reallize a vacuum bag?

@Susho you have hull photos?

The outside of the skin will be filled with laminating epoxy thickned with talcum powder...this will close all the pores...and after using abrasive paper he gives the hull a gel coat finish (i use it for aeromdelling fuselages)...then i'll go with spray filler....

The vacuum bag is made by a plastic coat used for hothouse and is linked to a refrigerator compressor with a vacuometer....The pressure must be higher than 0.7 Atm....otherwise you brake all....

not yet, I hope to finish the plug this week, and make a mould in the weekend.
in march I hope to make the first 'real' hull , and deck ofcourse 8)
