Using a fuselage much similar to this one.
So now I have the following plan, feel free to comment..
1.) Hang the fuse horizontal on its side.
2.) Put a very thin layer of plastic (household plastic) over to cover at least the top and both sides, hanging down the rest.
3.) Lay a layer of house hold plastic on the desk that is as big as half of the fuselage from top to bottom.
4.) Wet a pre-sized piece of glass fiber cloth with epoxy and scrape off as much epoxy as possible.
5.) Position the glass cloth over the fuse on the plastic wrap. Hanging it down making sure it touches every part of the fuselage.
6.) Cut with scissors where needed to make a perfect fit.
7.) Hopefully gravity will make sure that the glass fiber cloth in epoxy will be smooth when dry.
8.) After more or less 1 hour drying I will take the glass off of the fuse. Now I make fit my smaller boom.
9.) Let it dry all the way.
10.) Start from step 2 after the fuse has been turned over its length axis 180 degrees.
Then cut to shape and enforce with carbon (Or better with glass fiber cloth strip ???) and close both sides to form a ready fuselage.. Well.. two screw threats inside.. perhaps before closing.. later I will make a triplex holder for the servo's horizontally inside the fuse.. also for making it stronger.
Perhaps paint..

This is much cheaper but also some little problems.. around the area of where the main wings sit onto the fuse... Perhaps making a wooden appox. shape of the wing roots and some 5 cm of the wings.. pressing it against the drying glass fiber in epoxy..
Does anyone have tips or remarks about anything here?
