Beste modelbouwracers, Bij dezen willen wij jullie uitnodigen om mee te doen aan de 2de editie van de IDFM, International Dutch Formula Masters 2016. Deze zal plaatsvinden 25 t/m 27 maart 2016, dit betekent Goede Vrijdag, zaterdag en Eerste Paasdag. De kans voor iedere formule 1 rijder, groot of klein, man of vrouw, om te racen tegen Europese topniveau rijders op Europa's mooiste en grootste RC circuit, de MACH in Heemstede. Maximaal 100 deelnemers, 3 dagen top entertainment door het racen op het scherpst van de snede en bovenal veel rijtijd! -Vrijdag vrije training volgens heatindeling, gehele dag. -Zaterdag timed practise en kwalificaties, gehele dag. 5 Kwalificaties elk 5 minuten. -Zondag finales, gehele dag. 3 Finale's elk 7 minuten (met mogelijkheid tot uitbreiden naar 10 minuten). Het is bijna zover, we tellen de dagen af tot Goede Vrijdag / paasweekeinde! Alweer 77 inschrijvingen en het belooft een waar spektakel te worden, met onder andere naar het schijnt een paar grote namen uit het internationale wedstrijdcircuit. Er zal flink gestreden worden worden om de eerste plek. Het circuit ligt er dit jaar goed bij, ons gras is weer helemaal gezond groen (vorig jaar opnieuw geëgaliseerd), ons asfalt mooi schoon, kantine mooi gepoetst en uiteraard bieden we warme en koude dranken en snacks. Ook het diner op zaterdag is erg aan te bevelen (opgeven deelname diner bij het inschrijfformulier)! We hebben bovendien genoeg sleutelruimte, parkeergelegenheid, compressors, toiletten, zitplaatsen in de kantine, sfeervolle wedstrijdleiding en fantastische vrijwilligers om een geslaagd en gezellig evenement neer te zetten. We hebben er zin in! Ook de weersvoorspellingen zijn gunstig, de lente hangt in de lucht! Hier nog het technisch reglement, tevens te vinden op onze Facebook pagina: F1 MACH Masters rules 2016 Car: -Maximum width: 190 mm -Max width of the car will be measured on the rubber tire not on the protector ring -The main chassis plate must not protrude from the body when viewed from above Suspension: – Only front independent king pin, coil spring suspension is allowed. Suspension pick up points must be mounted inside the body. Independent front shocks are not allowed. Tires: Only RIDE pre glued tires and wheels are allowed (Front: 26022/26060 Rear: 26023/26031) old and new type are allowed. You are not allowed to modify your tires. Only exception gluing the BBT protector rings on the Back wheels. Before Controlled practice you have to bring in one set of tires in original packaging to impound for marking. You are allowed to use only 1 set of tires during the event…..starting at controlled practice. If something is wrong like a damaged wheel go to Tech inspection, they will decide what to do. RAIN: If it rains the race will continue as long as things stay safe for competitors If needed we can change the layout of the track You are allowed to use a rain car You are allowed to use a new set of Ride tires (Front: 26022/26060 Rear: 26023/26031) if you bring them to impound for marking There will be sets of tires available with resellers on the track Additive: Only non smelling additive is allowed. Bodies: Only Formula 1 body styles are allowed, preferred in F1 team colors. Single color themes are allowed but must be stickered and/or detailed. All cars must have a driver installed in the cockpit. F1 Wings: Front and Rear wings should have a realistic style no sharp parts and must be available in shops. Wings equipped with any type of remote adjustment or DRS are not allowed. If wings are not safe tech- inspection can ask you to change wings. Batteries: any hard case LiPo battery packs featuring the CE sign are allowed. The LiPo have to be charged in a special LiPo charging bag. No warming allowed!!!!! Battery voltage: Maximum 8.40 volts. If you check in your car over 8.40 volts you will not be allowed to start that session (you can measure before you check in your car) for this year we will check on this every heat from the quail’s up Electronics: The use of a Gyro or other electronic driving aids are not allowed. Motor Hobbywing Xerun 21.5 Fixed timing motors (#90040150 blue) (#90040151 Gun metal) also the new Justock 3650 (#30408003) is allowed ……..No modifications allowed………. Speed Control: All blinky speed controllers are allowed. It is up to the driver to make sure it is in blinky mode. If we determine different, the first time we will take away your best result and the second time you will be disqualified for the Total of the event.
