I just noticed that you're using loads of loctite. There's even some left on the outside of the balls!
 
Loctite should be used everywhere on this heli... even with plastic items (they're so strong that they're just behaving like metal parts) ;);););)

Thats right! I've just finished converting my Fury from flybarless to a flybarred model and its almost exactly the same as your aurora's head. Except yours looks more sturdier.
