@Cafeenman!

Okay, now we're cooking, things are beginning to clear up. :D

On the other hand, a new question emerges . . . :?

Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition. :)

Paul wrote on the Mangojacks forum:
they actually think I'm somebody. LOL
Little do they know...
(LOL stands for Laughing Out Loud)

Does 'somebody' mean: a person? I thought you were a human being . . .
No (that's not what I meant). Yes (I am a person when I dress properly).

(I read all sort of stuff on the VB-forum (yes, I've been doing homework 8) ) about moving from Florida to Arizona (?) etc.etc.
Looked as if it was a homo sapiens talking there!)

Or is it 'somebody' , an authority, as the opposit of a 'nobody'?
Yes

Are we overestimating your knowledge and skills? :(
You'll have to decide this for yourself. :)

What does the 'name' Cafeenman stand for? :?
A man built from Cafeen Molecules. :)

What does the K. stand for?
Truth, Justice, model-building and other important stuff like that. :)

The guy on your site, wearing the fligt cap, is that you? 8)
Just the face. The rest is Charles Lindberg.

How can you spend 250 hours on the Thwing! in 5 weeks? 8O
Cafeen

What do you do for a living?
I already told you. :)

Why did you call your cat 'Wermacht'? 8O

Because I named my Dog, Panzer, and my my bird, Luftwaffe. :) (Actually I don't have a dog or a bird, but that's what their names would be if I did).

My kitty is gray and he's an elite infantry.

The real living legends surround themself with mysteries . . . and cherish them.
After I've long left this earth, somebody may discover that I actually created art.... or not. :(

Well, I have sent you a personal mail with that question, and may be you answered it somehow, but I never received it . . . :nooo:

That one's still open (at least to me . . .)

Yep. I answered it. I'll dig it up.

OK, I can't find it. I can't even find the one where you asked. Was it a PM maybe?

Anyway, I work at a crisis unit and was injured by a hostile patient and have been on leave ever since. I've had 3 shoulder surgeries this year. I had my 3rd surgery last thursday. So I've had a lot of time to build this year when I wasn't in a sling. :)

The copy is in my sentbox from this forum, so it should be in your inbox . . . :?

Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition.
Regard it as an expression of positive interest and (sort of) admiration ( )

Sorry to hear about your injury . . . :?

(On the other hand, as a local soccer hero (Cruijff) says: 'Every disadvantage has it's advantage.'

I work at a crisis unit
Is that something medical? Emergency, first aid?

(Interrogation almost finished! )

jan

Mental Health crisis unit. We handle suicidal and homicidal patients who come in voluntarily, but mostly who are brought in against their will and they're usually drunk, on drugs and almost always very violent.

I see. :?

Okay. :)

Thanks for all the information you 'shared with us'! :D

I'd say: session adjourned.

(Got to get back to work . . . :( )

One thing's for sure: 'a thing of beauty is a joy forever'. :D

And 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder'. :?

As long as we, the people who actualy build models, are satisfied with the result of our efforts, one of the most important goals is attained (as far as I'm concerned).

Van zijn site, over de reizen die hij gemaakt heeft:

There are still a lot of places I would like to visit and I hope I have the opportunity to travel again at some point.

My list includes . . . . and a lot of places in Europe I did not get to see while I was there including Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland and Scotland.

8O

:rolling:

(Just kidding! . . .
Love to go there, among other things for the food and the beer. :proost: )

When you're in Belgium, more then welcome over here!
