Thanks, did the colours go straight onto the black base colour. It looks very neat .

No the process I follow involves the following steps.
1. I use a plastic tape to make the shape I want. This is essential to make the paint job neat.
2. I sand cautiously and lightly the area I want paint with 400 grit sandpaper.
3. I spray a light layer of epoxy primer which is of Grey color and it is really good at covering black color.
4. I spray a layer of white acrylic primer or just a standard white color to form a the base for my colors.
5. Spray the colors you want.
Make sure that you wait a sufficient amount of time between the various steps to let the spray dry well. Apply only light layers to avoid dripping.

I've had a few disasters using incompatible paints, so it's good to see a clear way through this minefield.

Regarding the letters, these are DIY decals using waterslide paper. I borrowed this technique from my friend @Dirk Jan.
Here is the process :
1. Print what you like on a waterslide paper in your home printer (there are four types of waterslide papers: either inkjet or Lazerjet, either transparent or white)
2. Cut your decals and once the colors dry spray a clear coat to stabilize the colors.
3. When the lackuer dries put them in the water. After 1-3 mins the decal and the paper will be separated.
4. Take the decal carefully (it is very thin) and put it on your construction. Let it dry.
5. Finally, spray your construction with a clear coat to stabilize and waterproofbthe decal.
The weight is 834 grams with a 4074 motor and RTR.

It's been a long time since my last update.
Finally, I tested the outboard which works really smooth. I used a 5s lipo and a 4074 1600kv MSQ motor.
Along with the outboard I also tested my F1 hull which also run nicely and stable even if the water was choppy today. Unfortunately I have no video of the run.
A short video of the outboard is given below.
