Hello Udo,
I got some help of two long-time jetcat owners with my last run.
As advised by you, performed the ECU reset and started the turbine.
It actually started to pass the 86000 rpm and reached about 95000.
difference with before the ecu reset was that the max rpm now was set to 120000.
Our theory was that there is a relation between the Max RPM and the actual.
So we set the max rpm to 90000 to see if it now will reach 90000.
it did and this time the GSU shortly displayed: stored parameters. (Didnt do that before)
also the engine picked up much faster.
We then incremently advanced the max RPM with very small steps of about 3-5000 rpm per step.
We managed to reach 110000 rpm.
After every step the GSU displayed stored parameters.
We then set the max rpm to 115000 but the engine will not reach 115000 and stays on 110000 max.
So with the max rpm set to 115000 it now reaches 110000.
We think, in some way, the ECU will not deliver more then 3.00V to the pump...
We also think its clearly an ECU (Software) problem
We also tried to press the manual button with the throttle in max power but still nothing happens.
I also heard about this procedure, but slightly different:
Start engine and while in idle RPM; press the manual button while slowly advancing the throttle to maximum power.
Procedure can take up to 30 seconds.
Can you confirm this?
Here is the data:
Last max temp: 630
Last min temp: 405
Last start temp: 542
Last max rpm:110400
Last min rpm: 34400
Last max pump: 3.00
Last min pump: 0,75
Hope you have any tips, i got the feeling that im running out of possibilities....
Thank you in advance,
Regards,
Melvin Damen.
